Every time I've seen the problem exist, it's happened when people are using Firefox. I'm working on a fix now, but I've got to tinker with it some more.
Sorry, I know it's annoying, but I hope to have it fixed soon. If you have any suggestions, PLEASE let me know as I know very little about Firefox's capabilities.
