Oh look who hasn't forgotten he's got a blog. I'm running out of "work's been hell, writing for the Examiner, blah blah blah" excuses. I get it.
So, here's some quick hits just to whet your appetite.
1. The Examiner thing is going. Pretty much any quick bit of info I come across will be posted there. You know, information like Greg Reid going to FSU instead of Georgia.
2. Anything non-football related will go here, such as my bitching about the basketball team. I'm not going to do it right now, except to tell you that if UGA hires Bobby Knight, we're much less serious about establishing a top-tier program than we've stated. I believe Damon is serious about our program, so I'm guessing he's serious about hiring someone who's mattered in the last decade.
3. By the way, now that I have the Examiner thing going, expect me to write a little bit more personal stuff than I have in the past. I used to write a ton of personal stuff regarding politics and so on, but got away from it when I started finding my niche in blogging about UGA sports. I have missed being able to write stuff more personally, so expect a few things here and there.
I promise I'll blog more in the coming days.
And thanks to everyone who wished me happy birthday. It's been one of the best ones yet.

I hope you do post personal stuff... I'd also like to see more editorial stuff... i.e. I want your opinion, not the news. I look for the news in other places; I look here for YOUR opinion on all things Georgia football... I think you know you write differently for the examiner than when you were writing bloggish stuff... just my opinion (fwiw). Hope things are going well for ya.
